At our brand discovery meeting, owner Kirsten Harris described the luxury experience and premium service delivered by the hair stylists at the Blow Dry Bar salons across Australia, but their established identity did not convey this message. Business growth and the opening of a new salon in Adelaide prompted Kirsten to strengthen her market position by undertaking a brand review and corporate identity refresh. Our design strategy was to create a distinctive new identity with the addition of the tag line ‘cut, colour, style’ to communicate the full spectrum of hairdressing services delivered to bdb’s clientele. The new identity is bold and contemporary, befitting the company’s mantra to ensure every client leaves feeling empowered and amazing!
